NTEC has a 24h cancellation policy; if you cannot make it to your lesson you need to call the office 24h in advance to cancel – otherwise we will charge you for the lesson and you might loose your lesson spot.

  Lesson costs are due upon taking the lesson, if not paid by 10 days after the lesson, we will charge a 10% late fee. We will charge an additional 10% late fee every 30 days for unpaid balances.

If you are boarding a horse with NTEC, you are welcome to pay for your lessons per month, either in advance or by receiving a bill bi-weekly. Lesson costs will then be due upon billing date, if not paid by 15 days after billing date, we will charge a 10% late fee.

We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover) with an additional charge of 1.5% to your bill.
